Official results from trusted third-party sources are used for bet settlement. In the event of a disputed result, cuci44 reserves the right to suspend settlement until the official result is confirmed.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cuci44 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:
Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the cuci44 support team. Prior to closure, all real-money balances (excluding bonuses) in the account will be processed for withdrawal, subject to full KYC verification requirements.
